In-Person Certification · Level One

Learn to find the missing voltage.

Level One — Applied Kinesiology: Testing of Motor Patterning & Coherence. Go beyond receiving the work: develop the felt sense to read a body, muscle-test for voltage, and release the compensation loops driving pain — hands-on and in person.

Why This Course

A skill you carry for life.

Most bodywork training teaches you to chase symptoms. Level One teaches you to read the body's wiring — to feel where it's bound, test which patterns have lost voltage, and release the compensation at its source.

You'll work with real bodies from day one, building the hands-on confidence to apply the method on family, clients, or in your own practice. It's the foundation the whole method is built on.

The Level One Curriculum

What you'll learn.

A progression from feeling a body's restrictions, to testing where voltage has dropped, to the hands-on corrections that switch a compensation off.

01

Feeling Through Movement

Carry a body slowly through every direction of motion to find where it can and can't move. Those restricted ranges are the keys — and the hips and low back are where the whole frame starts to unlock.

02

Muscle Testing

Once your felt sense is sharp, test which muscles have the voltage to fire. It's binary — on or off. Learn the tapping method, safe positioning, and a full-volume test that reads true.

03

Brain Buttons & Coherence

How the eyes and nervous system gate a muscle's ability to switch on — testing eyes open versus closed, and working outward from the center of the spine.

04

Corrections

Fascia is the body's electrical conduit, carrying voltage wherever it's recruited. See how a weak muscle borrows voltage and locks into a loop — and the release work that lets the body set down the extra luggage it's been carrying.

05

Finding the Loop

Map a partner's tension lines and compare opposite directions of force to pinpoint exactly where a strong muscle is feeding a weak one — so your release work lands on the precise spot, not the whole muscle.

06

The Full-Body Test Library

Work systematically through the motor patterns of every major region — hips, low back, shoulders, and neck — until reading the whole body becomes second nature.

The Test Library

What you'll learn to test.

By the end of Level One you'll work through dozens of specific motor patterns across four regions — moving quickly while reading the whole body at once.

Hips 12+ patterns

Iliacus · Psoas · Glute / hip extension · External & internal rotators · Sartorius · Glute med · Rectus femoris · Hamstrings · Gastrocnemius · Soleus · Popliteus · Peroneals

Low Back 6 patterns

QL · Lats · Erectors · Lumbar rotation · Serratus posterior inferior (rib translation) · Diaphragm (inhale vs. exhale)

Shoulders 15+ patterns

Deltoid · Serratus anterior · Serratus posterior superior · Pectoralis minor & major · Teres minor & major · Subscapularis · Supraspinatus · Subclavius · Trapezius · Rhomboid minor & major · Coracobrachialis · Biceps brachii

Neck Cervical set

The full cervical pattern set — read through the same felt-sense and voltage tests that organize the rest of the frame.

Who It's For

Built for the curious and the hands-on.

Practitioners

Bodyworkers, therapists, and trainers who want a root-cause tool that makes their results hold.

Families & Caregivers

People who want to help the ones they love without relying on quick fixes.

Past Clients

Those who've felt the method work and want to understand and carry it themselves.

Format & Enrollment

Questions

Course FAQ.

Do I need prior experience?

None required. Level One is built to take a motivated beginner to confident, hands-on testing — and practitioners find it sharpens what they already do.

Is the course in person or online?

In person. Level One is taught hands-on over two days — you learn on real bodies with direct feedback. Enrollment also includes the self-paced video library, so you can review and reinforce the method online afterwards.

How long is a cohort?

It's delivered in person over a set schedule that's confirmed per cohort. Reach out to ask about the next dates and location.

Do I have to be a member to enroll?

Yes — enrollment runs through a free membership. You join the private at no cost, and course enrollment opens from there.
